my name is Judith
I am a mom and a holistic postpartum coach (Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer trained in Germany).
I so get where you are at. Being a new mom is a full time job and finding time for yourself and your own well being is so hard in these early months and years.
And I know how hard it is to find Mom and Baby Classes in the Cowichan Valley.
This is why I created Mommy and Me Fitness and several other Mommy and Baby Classes that are specifically tailored to new Mamas.
My fun, easy and accessible workout classes are focused on building strength, cardiovascular fitness and mobility through incorporating tools like elastic bands, weights, medicine balls and TRX Suspension Trainers.
