my name is Judith
I am a new mom and a holistic postpartum coach. I
I so get where you are at. Being a new mom is a fulltime job and finding time for yourself and your own well being is so hard in these early months and years.
I m a mom of a very busy toddler and I know how hard it is to find time and energy to move your body while tending to a tiny human 24/7.
And I know how alone and isolating this season of Motherhood can feel.
This is why I created these workout containers. With over 10 years of experience working as a Holistic Healer, Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher I can meet your body where its at.
My fun, easy and accessible workout classes are focused on building strength, cardiovascular fitness and mobility and incorporates elastic bands, weights, medicine balls and TRX.
